Join Jessica Bordner for an introduction on learning camera basics! This is a beginner level class, perfect for new camera owners or parents (and grandparents) who just want to take better photos of their families!

We will learn the very basics of understanding exposure, light and composition. Learning about ISO, apeture, shutter speed and what lenses you should be using and when. We will also briefly chat about how to interact with subjects, capturing details, storytelling, and gaining inspiration.

Students must have a digital SLR camera (and its accompanying manual) and not required but encouraged: a fixed maximum aperture lens (a 50mm f/1.8, 50mm f/1.4, 35mm f/1.8, or 35mm f/1.4) but any lense(s) you own will do until you learn about the above!

Only 20 spots available, so get your ticket to hold your spot!

Schedule:
3:00pm- Meet and Greet
3:30-4:30pm- Learning about Exposure + Your Camera
4:30-5:30pm- Golden Hour!! We will be using the skills we learned to take photos around the farm with hands on learning.
